When it comes to the wrestling world, there is no doubt about the fact that WWE is firmly sitting on the top and nobody will touch them in the near future. They are by far the most popular and the most successful promotion there is. WWE has dominated the business over the past two decades with no intention of slowing down.

Vince McMahon has built a strong brand while gaining a lot of power and earning a lot of money in the world of wrestling. Every young wrestler dreams of becoming a WWE superstar one day, holding the WWE Championship and being in the main event of Wrestlemania.

WWE is the most popular thing going on, and it’s going to stay that way for the foreseeable future. With that comes the power that McMahon has and is always looking to use it in order to secure the spot that this organization has in the world of wrestling. He bought WCW back in the late 90s and early 2000s. Last year, there were reports that Vince wanted to buy TNA Impact, but that never happened.

Now, ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that WWE has been in talks with Sinclair Broadcast Group as they are potentially looking to acquire Ring Of Honor. The companies have been in talks since January, and the talks have progressed. Still, there is no official offer on the table right now.

If this happens, Ring OF Honor shows might air on the WWE Network, or the company might just take some talents that they have like they did with WCW back in the day. This story is pretty interesting, and we will need to wait and see how it develops.
