Will Braun Strowman Get Buried Against Brock Lesnar?

Braun Strowman is one of the best things on Monday Night Raw during each and every episode since the brand split happened back in the July of 2016. He is also maybe the only superstar that was booked almost perfectly since the roster was cut in half. The Monster Among Man is now a main event-level talent in the WWE. That is something that the company failed to produce in the past couple of years.

There are rumors that Braun Strowman is going to be the first challenger for the title that Brock Lesnar holds, the WWE Universal Championship. That will also be his first championship defense since he won it at Wrestlemania 33 when he took it away from Goldberg. The first match will happen in July at the Great Balls of Fire pay per view that will likely be headlined by Lesnar and Strowman. But, is this a waste of The Mountain Of A Man?

Since this is the first title defense for Lesnar after winning it, you know that there is no way that he is going to lose that duel. Even though Strowman doesn’t have to be defeated in that match as well, there is no way for the feud to end on a no-contest finish. If that happens, they will likely meet again at Summerslam which is likely going to be the fight that Strowman is going to lose.

The company has been building him up so nicely, and he shouldn’t be losing matches right now. If he loses to Lesnar and then The Beast Incarnate moves on to other things, it seems that Braun Strowman will be left without a direction. It will be an even bigger waste of Strowman if WWE is doing everything so that Lesnar can put Roman Reigns over in the end. There is a possibility that Strowman is just someone that Lesnar can beat, so he looks strong when he eventually puts Roman over.
