The Undertaker Is Not Schedule To Fight John Cena At Wrestlemania

When the news broke out that John Cena is challenging The Undertaker to a duel at Wrestlemania 34, WWE fans were thrilled. Many automatically assumed that the match is a done deal. But, there are only a few days until the biggest show of them all, and The Dead Man still didn’t answer Cena.

According to Mike Johnson of PWInsider, The Undertaker will be at the event in New Orleans on April 8th, but only as a spectator. At the moment he’s not scheduled to make an appearance in a match. What he’s suggesting is that the two are going to have only a ‘face-off.’ It is expected that these guys could have a duel later down the road. Nobody talked about this before because The Undertaker is retired for some time, and some rumors suggest that The Champ will take a break after Wrestlemania to dedicate himself to Hollywood career.

But, Mike Johnson believes that WWE is cooking something up: “I guess Undertaker is going to surprise us at Wrestlemania. I am told by people in the company. No one has told me he’s scheduled to wrestle, but they have told me he’s scheduled to be at Mania. So, maybe he’s going to have a face-off with Cena, and they are going to use that face-off to build to something else. I don’t know.”

Whatever they have in store for us will be known after next Sunday. It’s hard to believe that the company built up this duel for weeks now and that in the end, they won’t fight each other. The Undertaker might have been silent, but John Cena has been calling him out on social networks for some time now. The Doctor Of Thuganomics posted this provocative picture on his Instagram account just yesterday. It’s hard to believe that The Lord of Darkness won’t deliver a reaction to this.
