The level of quality and attention to detail in this house is unsurpassed. And I wanted to create the greatest feeling that you can have being at home.”
The new mega-mansion is built in Bel Air, California. It is now the most expensive house in the country with its exorbitant price of the unbelievable $250 million. The house is fully furnished, and it has 38,000 square feet spread over four floors. There are 12 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, three kitchens, a 40-seat movie theater, the most advanced one, according to CNBC. Other hallmarks of the house include a massage room and spa, a fitness center, four glass foosball tables, a giant candy wall, as well as 270-degree hilltop views from downtown to the ocean.
Another impressive fact is that the Bel-Air mansion comes with an exotic car and motorcycle collection, which has been estimated to be worth around $30 million. It includes a custom Rolls-Royce, an Ariel Atom 500, a 1936 Mercedes 540 K Special Roadster, a Bugatti, a Pagani Huayra, and a vintage Allard. There are also two wine cellars, where you can find some of the finest bottles of champagne and wine.
You can’t really think of anything this beautiful mansion does not have, right? Well, that’s what Makowsky wanted to achieve, as he says he created a house which “comes with everything.” “You don’t even need a toothbrush,” he concluded.
