Created by BioWare and published by Electronic Arts, Dragon Age” is a role-playing game (RPG) franchise which first appeared in November 2009. The game’s first edition titled “Dragon Age: Origins” was soon followed by two more, Dragon Age II (released in March 2011) and Dragon Age: Inquisition (delivered in November 2014).

Besides the three installments released so far, we should also mention three spin-offs of the game. The first one titled Dragon Age Legends was developed by EA for the Facebook Platform, and its setting is similar to that of the second installment. However, the game features character customization and an upgrade system that is not similar to Dragon Age II.

As for the second spin-off, Dragon Age Journeys it was first planned to bring three chapters, but eventually, the second and the third one were cancelled. Heroes of Dragon Age is the last on this list, hopefully, only for the time being. It is a free-to-play, battle-based game designed for mobile devices.

In spite of the fact that the three spin-offs were delivered, the gamers still can’t wait to hear something about Dragon Age 4. No wonder numerous forums are flooded with questions about the sequel, because ever since November 2014, when the last installment of the popular RPG game came out, the company has not revealed any news about the upcoming entry. Not only do they refuse to at least give us a hint about the release date, but they also keep under wraps possible updates of the new title.

We can only speculate about upgrades based on what fans all around the world leave in their comments regarding this question. Should the developers take into consideration any of the numerous wishes, we may expect some old features to be reimplemented, such as the option that enables gamers to position their respective groups in the game.

Let’s hope Electronic Arts will publish Dragon Age 4 in one or two years, or at least make an official announcement soon enough. Follow us for more details.
