All of us were pleased to hear that Marvel’s Daredevil Season 3 was officially confirmed at the 2016 San Diego Comic-Con. We still don’t have much information, but we are sharing with you what we currently have.
Release Date Of Daredevil Season 3
According to Deborah Ann Woll, Daredevil Season 3 and Jessica Jones Season 2 won’t be delivered before The Defenders; therefore it will probably wait for 2018. She mentioned this in her recent interview with Seat 42F.
Villain of Season 3
Everyone’s hoping Vincent D’Onofrio will play Wilson “Kingpin” Fisk, but there hasn’t been any official statement yet. He told Collider that he would eventually return to Marvel, pointing out he loved working there. He enjoys their creativity and all the amazing things they come up with and finds everything there extremely amusing.
Charlie Cox said he would like to see Bullseye on Daredevil Season 3. He stated this more than once, adding that it was no secret at Wizard World Pittsburgh in October that he would like to see Bullseye make an appearance. In his opinion, it is quite an interesting opportunity. His words were: “I can’t imagine doing a run of Daredevil where Bullseye doesn’t show up at some point.” Apart from that, he made a joke that he was sure there were some members of the cast who wouldn’t like to see Bullseye. If you ask us, seeing this character is not such a bad idea at all.
Daredevil Season 3 Cast
The cast of the show is anticipated to stay pretty much the same. Namely, everyone who survived Season 2 is supposed to return for Season 3. This means Vincent D’Onofrio might appear again. Jon Bernthal as Punisher is to be expected as well, and there might be some guests, such as Mike Colter as Luke Cage or Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones.
