Dallas Cowboys offensive line is probably the best o-line in the NFL. They have spent a lot of high draft choices on it, and it has paid off big time for this franchise. On the other hand, their defensive line is not nearly as good as this o-line. Well, going into the Playoffs, it has gotten just a bit worse.

Dallas’ defensive end Randy Gregory will be suspended for at least a year because him violating the NFL’s Policy on Substances Abuse. That suspension will probably prevent him from stepping on the field throughout the whole next season. It is a big shame and a big hit for this team and this young stud as he was showing some signs of flashes in the past couple of games. Now, when he was starting to make an impact, his career has hit another stop sign.

The earliest that he can apply for reinstatement is November 6, NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport reported on the NFL Network’ show.

This will be Gregory’s third suspension in the last year. He was banned for four games to start this 2016 campaign. The another suspension for the substance abuse was an additional 10-game ban for failing NFL’s tests for the second time. He also failed the test at the NFL Scouting Combine.

That is why this first-round talent fell all the way to the 60th overall pick and the late second round. So far, all the other teams were right not to take a flier on this guy as he just keeps getting in his own way with his suspensions.
