Volkswagen has redesigned its Tiguan which is going to hit the market this summer and the most important information for the potential buyers is that it will cost $25,345. For this amount of money, you will get a Tiguan S trim that comes standard with FWD configuration, sits on 17-inch aluminum wheels and has a 6.5-inch touchscreen infotainment system compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

Under its hood, the revamped 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan will be equipped with a 2.0-liter TSI engine that generates 184 horsepower, and although the new model will be slightly more expensive than the current Tiguan, it will bring third-row seating and company’s new six-year/72,000-mile transferrable warranty.

The range-topping model is called the Tiguan Premium 4Motion, and this one comes with a plethora of driver assist features as well as a lot of leather inside the cabin. Moreover, a 12.3-inch cockpit display is available together with a 19-inch screen, overhead camera, all of this causing Premium 4Motion to reach the price tag of $37,550.

According to Volkswagen, the 2018 Tiguan is 10.6 inches longer than the current version whereas it boasts 58 percent more cargo space, which is a significant increase. The new 2.0-liter turbocharged unit will be connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission, and the torque and fuel efficiency numbers that new version brings will be better than before.
